Dr. Latia Holder-Ilyadia is simply wonderful. My kids feel very comfortable with her and her professionalism. We've never had to wait for long periods of waiting; only reasonable time, for us is fine.
TCCH provides excellent customer service to all patients. The staff is very helpful and friendly. One of the best places I have been for pediatric care for my children. Highly recommended!

Okay after an hour wait i got to see Dr. Susan pinsky she is awesome and listens and pretty much knows what shes talking and doing it was great after all i just wish i didn't have to wait that long . so im updating from 1 star to 4 because she is worth it.
was 5 minutes late for my appointment not purposely or anything I could control. My child's bus was late which made me late and I was not seen. That's what I call poor service. Yet you go in and have to wait as long as the staff takes. Yes this is a community clinic and is in an underserved area but that does not mean the people seeking medical service should be pushed aside, or made less of.
This is my second time trying to see Dr. Susan Pinsky. I had an appointment at 10:45am today and i came in at 10:30am just to make sure im not rescheduled again because last time i was 5mins late and they didn't let me see the Dr. Now its been an hour wait and still waiting.....idk why do they even make appointments. So disappointed....i heard the dr.is good but im probably never coming back. Ridiculous!!
